Definition:
The pH-value or factor is the measurement of acidity or alkalinity of paper. The pH scale runs from 0 to 14, for pH values less than 7.0, papers are acid; for pH values greater than 7.0, papers are alkaline. Theoretically, a pH of 7 is neutral. pH tester pens can determine the acidity or alkalinity of products.
